Line of Succession

In Scotia the 'Line of Succession' goes to the eldest child of the Sovereign, whether that child be male or female, as enacted by our current Sovereign Prince by Princes Oder #1 in 1996. If the Sovereign has no children, then the succession passes to the Sovereigns eldest sibling and so forth until the throne of Scotia is rightfully seated.

His Serene Highness Prince Charles II, The Prince of Scotia (Sovereign Prince) incumbent

1. Her Serene Highness Princess Ann (The Hereditary Princess) - Heir Presumptive
2. Her Serene Highness Princess Jayne, Princess of Scotia
3. His Serene Highness Prince Alexander, Prince of Scotia

Their Serene Highnesses, The Hereditary Princess and The Princess Jayne are both sisters of the Sovereign Prince, and while he is currently without issue the throne will pass to his sister, The Hereditary Princess, who is Heir Presumptive upon the death of the Sovereign Prince, unless he produces a legitimate issue.
